Am- 50 minute run it was cold but still a good solid run. I got a watch for Christmas so now I know the distance for my runs. That’s about it.😉

Am- the run was alright but my knee was hurting for some of the run. Also I went for about 50 minutes not too sure my watch died half way through it but it’s ok. I saw Ellie and Josie so that was cool. That’s about it. 😉

Am- I decided to go running a little bit later and it was a good thing because it wasn’t so cold and it felt really good. I charged my watch so it didn’t die so that’s good also I went for 60 minutes but I went a little bit slower than I should have but the pick-ups were good and I went at a good pace for those, I think. I also saw jacey and jenessa, that was cool. That’s about it.😉

Am- I’ve been going pretty slow lately and it’s kind of sad and I try to go faster but the I start going slower over time but other than that it was a good run. I went 50 minutes and then I did 8 striders and went pretty fast on those. That’s about it.😉

Am- it was really cold as it is always but today just felt more cold. Also lately my pace has been very slow and I can’t seem to pick it up for some reason but hopefully I can next week. I went for 50 minutes it was an ok run not the best but I got through it. That’s about it. 😉
