Am- I don’t know the distance I left my watch somewhere. It was an ok run I felt ok and I think I went at a good pace but not too sure. I went for about 60 minutes and tried to do the pick-ups as best as I could they were alright. That’s about it. 😉

Am- ran for 20 minutes on grass but I didn’t take my shoes off because the grass was cold. I’m still going pretty slow but I’m trying to change that. That’s about it. 🤯

Am- I went to hell hole to do the workout because I think that’s a good hill to do it on. I went for 50 minutes. The workout felt ok for me it was good but also kind of bad just because I don’t feel like I’m good at going up hill. I tried going at about 5:50 pace and it worked out pretty well except for the last one where I got really tired and went at 6 minute pace also on the 85 second hill I went at 6:10 pace so it wasn’t that good. 🤯

Pm- it felt good running again with the team it gets boring running by yourself for a while. Also today was the first day of the death run and I did pretty good I took 8th so I did better than I thought I would do. The run was fun and it wasn’t as cold as it is in the mornings so that’s good. Also I learned NEVER to wear other school jackets even if they are very nice. 🤯

Pm- Today we did the 6 minute test and I think it was a success. I felt good for the first 3 laps then my tummy started hurting but I tried ignoring it and it went ok, I guess. The run after felt good and my tummy felt better by then. 🤯

Am- I forgot to blog I don’t know why but it’s Sunday now and I just don’t want to break my blogging streak. I ran for 40 minutes I’m the morning I felt super tierd so I couldn’t go full minutes. I’ll be better by Monday.🤯

Pm- it was a good run I felt good for most of the run except for the last 3 miles when my side started hurting. Other then that the run was good, the temperature was good and it was raining a little so that made it even nicer. I went for about 75 minutes total and did 3 sets of pick-ups and those were cool. 🤯

Pm- we had a 25 minute tempo in our run it was good and I felt good during it. There wasn’t that many people at practice today and the pack wasn’t even good. Towards the end it was just 3 of us and everyone else split off. 🤯

Am- nice morning run going to Sullivan trail. The run was nice and it wasn’t that cold outside. Went out for 50 minutes and that was nice. The bridge was slippery because it was wet and I almost fell but I caught myself before anything could happen. 🤯

Am- we went to the trail suicidal tendencies for coach Roberts birthday but he didn’t come so we celebrated without him. The run was nice I felt good during it and we went for 90 minutes. Today was the first time I did the whole loop and the view is great once you get up there. I only twisted my ankle once on the whole run that was great because usually I twist it at least 10 times. 🤯

Am- weights and then 15 minute easy run after. It wasn’t as cold but still pretty cold but the run was good.

Pm- We did a new speed workout to make us faster and I definitely support it. Then we went and did a nice 50 minute run towards Washington. The run felt good the weather was nice so it was a good run. 🤯

Pm- we had a workout and it was the same from last week so it was very nice and good. I felt good throughout the whole workout. My legs and shoulders hurt from when we did weights yesterday but hopefully it goes away. 🤯

Pm- 50 minute run going up turkey farm and through bluff street. I liked that run because we got to stop for a while because there was a lot of crosswalks. We also did the small speed work out again and I seem to like it.🤯

Pm- we had a workout of 8x3:00 minute tempo with 30 second recovery in between and the 6 striders. The whole run was about 60 minutes and I thought it was a good run I felt good throughout all of it so that was good. We headed over to pine view middle school and ran the workout at the back of the school. Also some lady was being very sassy because she thought that she could do whatever she wanted. 🤯

Am- 60 minute run with Carson and Logan it was a good run. We ran from Logan’s house to the Bloomington hills park and did the trail that is near it I don't know what it’s called but it’s by river road. I liked the run because it was rainy and not so cold so that made it really good. 🤯

Pm- long run today I went for about 90 minutes that was ok. I felt good for the first 30 minutes but then I had to go to the bathroom but there wasn’t any around so I thought I could wait.  Later I really had to go so I flipped and I didn't think I was going to make it so it was very bad. Luckily there was a tropical smoothie and I went there. I felt ok after but the top of my right leg keeps hurting and I don’t know what to do hopefully it goes away. 🤯

Pm- trail run at mustang something I forgot the other part but it’s fine. We went for 50 minutes and I felt good throughout the whole thing. My upper leg still hurts But I think it’ll get better later on. 🤯

Pm- I’m not too sure about the mileage nor the minutes but I’m guessing it was around 50   I felt good throughout the run but the only thing that hurt was my knee and the top of my leg. 🤯

Pm- workout at the middleschool I felt alright throughout the whole thing. I thought I was going to fall off but I managed to stay up there. The quicker steps do help go faster and I like it. 🤯

Pm- today was not a good day for me in running I felt so sick and my side hurt. I went for 60 minutes and I thought I could go more but then I thought if I kept going I was going to throw up but luckily I didn’t. The first 10 minutes I felt fine but after that everything was starting to happen it was awful. Hopefully tomorrow can be better. 🤢

Pm- I felt so much better today than yesterday so that’s good. We went out and did the t-bone trail and it wasn’t the best trail so it’s not one that I would want to go back to. It was very sandy and rocky so that was kind of bothering but it’s fine now. 🤯

Pm- long run today and I thought it was good for the first half after that I started falling off and I thought I wouldn’t have made it but skillfully I did. We ran for 90 minutes and I think that’s the longest I’ve ever gone so that’s good. The weather was nice at first but it got way better towards the end since it was cloudy and it looked like it was going to rain. Also I haven’t blogged for a while but I’m back. 🤯

Pm- not sure about the mileage but I’m sure I only did about 35 minutes. Today was the root beer mile and it was but cool but also awful because running with root beer in your system sucks. I got 4th and I’m very proud of that because now I know I can do hard things. 🤯

Pm- long run today and it wasn’t that good for me mostly because I am still recovering from my sickness but tomorrow will for sure be better. I went 80 minutes on the one trail and that trail is my least favorite for long runs but it’s fine. Also I realized that I put yesterday’s run on Sunday but I’m just going to leave it there. 🤯

Am- 25 minute run that was pretty cool.

Pm- 70 minute run with hill circuits but instead of the hill circuits we did the trail by  Sullivan that has a lot of hills, it was pretty cool. The run was good I felt good before the hills but after I started to feels pretty tiered but it wasn’t that bad. 🤯

Am- hilly run today and went out towards green springs and had a total of 60 minutes. The run was ok but I was kind of tired from yesterday but I still got through it. That’s about it for today. 🤠

Am- went to heritage park in coral canyon for our run today. We had 60 minutes with 6 striders and negative splits. I felt good for most of the run but towards the end I felt way tired and I thought that I wasn’t going to make it luckily I did. Later we are going to camp and go run there so that will be fun. That’s about it 🤠
