Am- I went to hell hole to do the workout because I think that’s a good hill to do it on. I went for 50 minutes. The workout felt ok for me it was good but also kind of bad just because I don’t feel like I’m good at going up hill. I tried going at about 5:50 pace and it worked out pretty well except for the last one where I got really tired and went at 6 minute pace also on the 85 second hill I went at 6:10 pace so it wasn’t that good. 🤯
