I went 80 minutes on the one trail and that trail is my least favorite for long runs but it&rsquo;s fine. I only went for 30 minutes and it was hard. Today was the root beer mile and it was but cool but also awful because running with root beer in your system sucks. We ran for 90 minutes and I think that&rsquo;s the longest I&rsquo;ve ever gone so that&rsquo;s good. The weather was nice at first but it got way better towards the end since it was cloudy and it looked like it was going to rain. We went out and did the t-bone trail and it wasn&rsquo;t the best trail so it&rsquo;s not one that I would want to go back to. I went for 60 minutes and I thought I could go more but then I thought if I kept going I was going to throw up but luckily I didn&rsquo;t. The first 10 minutes I felt fine but after that everything was starting to happen it was awful. I thought I was going to fall off but I managed to stay up there. I felt good for the first 30 minutes but then I had to go to the bathroom but there wasn&rsquo;t any around so I thought I could wait. &nbsp;Later I really had to go so I flipped and I didn&#39;t think I was going to make it so it was very bad. Luckily there was a tropical smoothie and I went there. We ran from Logan&rsquo;s house to the Bloomington hills park and did the trail that is near it I don&#39;t know what it&rsquo;s called but it&rsquo;s by river road.
