Pm- long run today and I thought it was good for the first half after that I started falling off and I thought I wouldn’t have made it but skillfully I did. We ran for 90 minutes and I think that’s the longest I’ve ever gone so that’s good. The weather was nice at first but it got way better towards the end since it was cloudy and it looked like it was going to rain. Also I haven’t blogged for a while but I’m back. 🤯

Pm- not sure about the mileage but I’m sure I only did about 35 minutes. Today was the root beer mile and it was but cool but also awful because running with root beer in your system sucks. I got 4th and I’m very proud of that because now I know I can do hard things. 🤯

Pm- 55 minute run going towards greens springs with a couple of hills it was ok not so fun tho. I felt good through out the whole run and nothing hurt so that’s good. 🤯

Am- weights and 15 minute easy run felt good going back to morning practices. 

Pm- workout today that was ok I felt good but just not hydrated enough. We went for 60 minutes total which was ok. 🤯

Pm- 60 minute run with 3 hill circuits which I somewhat enjoy doing for some reason. The run was good I felt great except for the part that my legs hurt from weights yesterday. Also we had another beast and feast which isn’t my favorite but I need to start liking it. 🤯

Pm- nice 60 minute run I felt good but sore for some reason but it’s fine. It was very windy and a little bit cold but not too bad. 🤯
